If you want a distraction-free training session, the upper of the shoe has an adjustable tongue and slimmed down fit to hold your foot in place for those dynamic movements. The breathable mesh enhances ventilation to keep your foot cool, whilst grid shaped reinforcements allow sweat and moisture to escape, providing a healthier environment for your feet no matter how hard you work. Collar contours ensure a snug fit around the ankle and help prevent abrasion or rubbing. Large arcs rise from the midsole on the lateral and medial sides acting like brake pads on side to side cutting movements, as well as giving more stability during HIIT workouts and a traditional lacing system locks down the midfoot preventing in-shoe slippage.

The Air Zoom midsole has two unique Zoom Air units to provide lightweight cushioning and comfort. The units compress to reduce the force of impact then recover to ensure a soft and responsive base to push off from as you jump and lunge in your sessions rep after rep. Soft, resilient CUSHLON foam absorbs impact for long lasting comfort in high intensity workouts. A full length FLYPLATE provides exceptional stability distributing pressure across the Air Units for a strong base to push off from.

The split sole supports multidirectional movements, improving traction in sharp, aggressive lateral movements. Flexibility grooves in the outsole and the toe expand in every direction allowing an unrestricted range of motion in all directions.
